Navigating the path to a brighter, more confident smile has never been easier. Our Dental Grant Program is designed to make cosmetic dentistry accessible and affordable for everyone. With just a few straightforward steps, you can apply for financial assistance and embark on your journey to a stunning smile. From a complimentary oral health assessment to a personalized treatment plan, we guide you through the process with transparency and support, ensuring you have everything you need to achieve the smile you've always wanted.
Step 1: Submit an Application
It's free to enroll and takes just a few minutes. Once you submit your application, we will confirm your information and pre-approve you for a minimum 25% Grant. We will also ask you about: Your dental history. What kind of dental work you want done. How soon you wish to start treatment. You will receive a program orientation and will have an opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
Step 2: schedule a FREE Consultation
Once your details are confirmed, an appointment will be scheduled for you to attend a free consultation. Consultations usually take about 15-20 minutes during which you can discuss your main concerns with the smile specialist. Following completion of your consultation, the dentist will make recommendations for you to achieve the desired outcome you are seeking to improve your smile. If your dental work is over $25,000, all costs above that qualify for a higher grant amount.
From Application to Transformation: Your Pathway to a Radiant Smile
Embarking on your journey to a radiant smile is both exciting and empowering. Our streamlined process begins with a simple application, where you'll provide basic information to help us understand your needs. Next, enjoy a complimentary oral health assessment by a certified dental practitioner, ensuring you're a perfect candidate for the grant. Once approved, you'll receive a personalized treatment plan tailored to your unique smile goals. With our dedicated team by your side, you'll experience a seamless transition from application to transformation, making your dream smile a reality with ease and confidence.
Step 3: Start Your Treatment
Your smile specialist will confirm the amount of your Grant and help guide your options. Once everything is acceptable to you, you can schedule your first appointment with the dentist to begin treatment. You grant DOES NOT cover your treatment in full. You must agree to cover your portion after the grant or make arrangements with the providers office.
Step 4: Start Treatment within 90 Days
You will have 90 days to start treatment and begin using your grant funds. Failure to start treatment within that time will forfeit any unused funds that will return to the grant program. Applicants that have not used their grant funds will be ineligible to reapply for 12 months.

The Dental Grant can only be used at a participating dentist
The Dental Grant is deducted from the cost of your dental work thereby reducing its overall cost.
You will be financially responsible for the remaining portion of your dental work that is owing after the Dental Grant is deducted.
You may be asked to demonstrate that you are able to pay for the portion of your dental work not covered by the Grant.
If you accept treatment, you will need to commit to a payment schedule and you may book your initial appointment to begin treatment.
